TreEstimate is an AI-powered estimation assistance tool that generates preliminary analyses, pricing estimates, health assessments, and valuations for trees and related property services based on user-submitted information, photographs, and satellite imagery.
The Service does not provide professional arborist advice, formal tree appraisals, or binding quotes. All outputs — including but not limited to tree species identification, health assessments, size estimates, hazard detection, pricing estimates, property valuations, and environmental benefit calculations — are generated by automated systems and are preliminary in nature.
You should not rely solely on the Service for decisions regarding tree care, removal, or property management. Always consult a qualified tree service professional or certified arborist before taking action based on information provided by the Service.
The Service is provided strictly as a decision-support tool. It is designed to assist homeowners in understanding potential costs and tree care professionals in streamlining their estimating workflow. The Service is not a substitute for professional on-site inspection, assessment, or quotation.
AI-generated estimates are based on the information and images submitted by users, supplemented by satellite imagery, geographic data, and market pricing models. These estimates may be inaccurate due to factors including but not limited to: image quality, incomplete information, regional pricing variations, hidden hazards not visible in photos, and limitations of AI analysis. Actual costs may vary significantly from estimates provided.
Tree service companies using TreEstimate are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all estimates before presenting them to customers as formal quotes. TreEstimate does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any estimate for any particular job or customer. The service provider bears full responsibility for their final quotes, recommendations, and work performed.
This tool is currently in beta. Features, accuracy, and availability may change without notice. By using the beta Service, you acknowledge and accept that the Service may contain errors, bugs, or inaccuracies, and you agree to use it at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TreEstimate, its owners, operators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on estimates, pricing information, health assessments, or any other outputs of the Service.
By submitting photos, addresses, and other information through the Service, you represent that you have the right to share such information and grant TreEstimate a non-exclusive license to use this data to provide and improve the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
